ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed via our online store are fulfilled, processed and packaged in our clean room facility located in Port St. Lucie Florida Monday through Friday (with the exception of any major holidays).   please allow for a minimum of three business days (72 hours) for your order to be fulfilled and processed before it then reaches the U.S.P.S. shipment system.  Please also note that every order is and processed as they are received.  This includes all Specialty Blend type Tea products as all blends are custom blended per order.  This allows us to ensure we provide only the finest and freshest ingredients to our customers.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, such as due to a current sale, shipments may be delayed by a few days in order for us to fulfill the processing requirements of your order.  Please also expect additional time for your order to arrive as additional days will be necessary while your order is in-transit and out for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in the processing or expected arrival of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  During high volume or inclement weather, shipping may be delayed beyond our control.  We will do our best to notify you in the event your shipment has become affected by any such circumstances.

 SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping charges for all orders are calculated based on the total estimated weight of your order and will be displayed upon checkout.  All orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.  We do not guarantee expedited shipping options, however, on rare occasions for special circumstances we may provide expedited shipping to addresses within the continental United States that allow for expedited shipping in certain regions.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon submitting your order you will automatically receive an email confirmation that will include your order number.  Shortly thereafter (within 24 hours) you will also receive a separate, second email that will include a tracking number that can be later used to track your order (once it has been fully processed).  Tracking info after it has been received by the U.S. Postal Service for shipment.  Unfortunately, receipt of this tracking number does NOT mean your order has been processed or that it is ready to be shipped.  Therefore please allow a minimum of two business days before tracking information will become available as we require a minimum of two business days to process all orders.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Breezy Trees Botanicals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

RETURN POLICY

If at any point you are not satisfied with your Tea products, we offer a replacement of equal or lesser value within 30 days.   Please be sure to return your unopened sealed product bag and return addressed to Breezy Trees Botanicals.  Please call 1-833-273-3998 to coordinate replacement and returns.
